Membership in the ARRL DX Century Club is earned by confirming on-the-air contacts with stations in 100 countries.
I spent decades of ignorning DX, but in 2024 it occcurred to me that operating in dozens of contests probably boosted my tally big-time. I checked my log and discovered I had over 100 confirmed contacts on 40 meters through 10 meters. I decided to apply for a DXCC certificate on 10 meters. In the future I might apply for endorsements for 40m-15m.
